I am a ‘free’ user of Ninja Forms. I have a small two-person business (only one is working) in the financial/banking industry. It’s more of a hobby but generates some income to supplement my pension. My website is self-built, and Ninja Forms is a critical part of it. I have complex forms tied to ‘Conditional Logic’, which automates my administrative work. Ninja Forms has become indispensable to me. I recently encountered a formatting challenge and contacted Ninja Forms for help. As a free user, I did not expect a fast turnaround time and, probably, a generic response that would have left me with a half-solution. Man o’ man. They surprised me!! Sam at Ninja Forms (give that man a Bell’s) found the problem, gave me a full workup on how to fix it (OK, I had to do it manually on my side), and included a nice ‘turn of phrase’ which is specific to my country. (I’m in Africa). He made me feel like I have family in Ninja Forms. There are not enough star options to accurately reflect my satisfaction. I would give 200% for technical assistance, 200% for going beyond what I expected, and 200% for the warm and intuitive manner in Sam’s dealings with, essentially, a stranger on the other side of the planet. If I could say one word about Ninja Forms support, it would be... ... Wow!!!

I recently had a licensing problem with an Add-on, I emailed support explaining the problem. Not only did they resolve the problem, they helped with problems I didn’t know I had. What an excellent team you have. It’s a real pity other companies can’t or don’t follow your lead. Thanks for all your help.
Clean, Efficient and Full of Features
Having investigated all the major brands Ninja forms was the only one which gave me the features I needed. The save progress is simple and so powerful because you can interact with the user as they save their progress, something which was essential for my project. Of course with every plugin you come across hurdles and that's when I was really glad I purchased Ninja forms. The support has been fantastic, responsive, knowledgeable and just generally really keen to help me solve my problem. That's a 5 star plug-in for me.

There are several Form plugins on the market. We decided for this particular one because of its exact feature set and the reasonable pricing not only of the plugin but also the addons. Ninja Forms is saving us hours of work every week. Hours as in: many moments and minutes of aggravating work in between that fray the mind and cost energy. Tried all the other form plugins for wordpress.. Ninja forms is by far the easiest to use. Any new client websites that come my way, one of the first things I do is replace whatever other form plugin is installed on their site with Ninja Forms. It’s works, and is painless. And if you ever do need support, Ninja forms support team are quick to respond to all tickets and helpful.

I have used Ninja forms for several years, and I am just now learning that Ninja forms can pre-fill a form with user data already saved in someone’s WordPress profile. That way, if I want to have a field for a user to type their email address, I can pre-fill it with the email I have saved for them, but give them the option to change it. Ninja Forms can also accept query strings from a URL, which means that if you are using it to gather leads from an ad campaign, you can program it to record what keyword people searched on google before filling out your form.
