I needed a solution that could populate different contact forms based on an initial selection from a drop down menu. Also that each populated form would be directed to different departments. I was totally able to do this with this plugin. My solution was quite complex so I had a few issues initially setting it up, but the support team assisted me (very promptly) to iron out all the little issues to get the form working exactly as it was intended to! Amazing product and support
Like any WordPress plugin, there will be glitches because there are so many other things involved. Ninja Forms has always had a great product offering and their support is amazing! They figure out the issue and get it fixed quickly! Not many companies provide that type of service. Keep it up Ninja Forms and you have a customer for life!
Fantastic plugin and support
There are several Form plugins on the market. We decided for this particular one because of its exact feature set and the reasonable pricing not only of the plugin but also the addons. Ninja Forms is saving us hours of work every week. Hours as in: many moments and minutes of aggravating work in between that fray the mind and cost energy. The addons are well designed and we appreciate the modular approach: We can buy exactly what we want and don’t have to pay for more than we need. The support is thorough, helpful and friendly. So far we always got a helpful reply.

This is an excellent plugin for contact forms. I used Contact Form 7 before, but this plugin in so much better. It give you a lot more functionality and flexibility. Super easy to use and style to your website. The team at Ninja Forms is fantastic as well. I had a problem with receiving admin emails and they diagnosed and solved it right away. The response time is less than 5 minutes most of the time and just a few hours otherwise. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with.

I was a little apprehensive in buying this plug-in. I know enough code to be dangerous and thought gosh I don't need that I can make forms no problem. However, writing code was a reason to put off work. So eventually I tested several similar plug-ins before arriving at Ninja Forms. Realized Ninja forms does so much more than just simple forms. I can create all kinds of conditional forms, users can save their progress, track their progress, upload files, the sky is the limit. This plug-in since has literally TRANSFORMED my business. I can now send my new client application to people who fill it out online and it get's emailed to myself and my team to start work. All AUTOMATICALLY with Ninja Forms. I bought the developer pack at $300 and change just because I figured I'd need it for several of my websites. It has literally saved me from having to hire a couple employees. This is a life changing plug-in for me.

This is a great plugin, I’ve worked with it for many years. I’ve always been able to accomplish what I’ve set out to when using this plugin.
