Had a challenge come up with a client. Went searching for a solution and Ninja Forms knocked it out of the park! So simple to setup and use. Love it and will use their forms again!
The Perfect Contact Form
I have tried quite a few forms over the years, but the last 2 years I have been exclusively using Ninja Forms on all my clients websites. The fast support, functionality and UI is great, especially since 3.0. The premium add-ons have made it easy to add new functionality and integration with third party apps, and have provided a solution for every client need so far.

Ninja Forms is a feature packed product with multiple plugins and integrations. They are constantly improving their products too! Ninja Forms support has helped me through a number of issues. If there is a problem they can’t immediately fix, they continue to look into other solutions. They also provide alternate solutions if the problem still remains.

Lite plugins will promise to be easy and powerful. But then you sink time into getting set up only to discover you can’t even access submissions without paying up?

Great features, great support
We began using Ninja Forms on our website after the old form plugin we were using was no longer maintained. Our experience has been great! Ninja Forms has been way more reliable than our last plugin, which saved us from many headaches we had been dealing with before. No problems with spam, email deliverability, etc.
We’ve also upgraded to some paid features, which was a carefully considered decision for our small non-profit with a small budget. The extra features have been useful and well worth it for our organization.
I’d also like to shout out to the support team, who were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving an issue I created for myself lol. (Thanks especially to Sam!)
Connect it to just about anything…
When it comes to creating a form that you can use for your contact form, you’ve likely found a lot of options. There are a lot of form plugins out there.
But that’s not why I’m writing this review. Because I don’t create a lot of simple forms that simply collect three pieces of information. The projects I’ve worked on require more. And that’s where Ninja Forms stands out.
Every other form plugin integrates with MailChimp. But when I need integration with other mail providers like ConvertKit, not everyone has an extension for it. Extensions take time to create, and more importantly, expense to maintain. Ninja Forms has more than just one extension, they have tons. To connect Ninja Forms to just about anything. And that’s where the real power comes in.
Take for example the need to create an integration between Recurly for subscription pricing, and a WordPress site – which I had to do. Could I have written a lot of code to connect the dots? Sure. But I didn’t need to. They have an extension for Recurly that made it a series of clicks.
Did I mention their support? When I found a bug in one of their extensions, they replied back in hours and released a new version the next day with a patch. I can’t say enough good things about the team and the product.

Ninja Forms continues to get better. I did run into a problem with one of our forms and reached out to Ninja Forms Support. Within a few minutes, I had an initial acknowledgement of the logs and data I had uploaded, and soon after, a comprehensive fix that let us go back into production quickly. I deeply appreciate the fantastic support and all the great capabilities of Ninja Forms!
Great plugin, better service
This is a great plugin, I’ve worked with it for many years. I’ve always been able to accomplish what I’ve set out to when using this plugin. Recently I needed to engage support to resolve some trouble I was encountering. I would say they went above and beyond to help solve what I was experiencing. I can highly recommend this plugin to anyone in need of a form solution.
Great plugin and excellent support!
I needed a solution that could populate different contact forms based on an initial selection from a drop down menu. Also that each populated form would be directed to different departments. I was totally able to do this with this plugin.
My solution was quite complex so I had a few issues initially setting it up, but the support team assisted me (very promptly) to iron out all the little issues to get the form working exactly as it was intended to!
