When it comes to creating a form that you can use for your contact form, you’ve likely found a lot of options. There are a lot of form plugins out there.
But that’s not why I’m writing this review. Because I don’t create a lot of simple forms that simply collect three pieces of information. The projects I’ve worked on require more. And that’s where Ninja Forms stands out.
Every other form plugin integrates with MailChimp. But when I need integration with other mail providers like ConvertKit, not everyone has an extension for it. Extensions take time to create, and more importantly, expense to maintain. Ninja Forms has more than just one extension, they have tons. To connect Ninja Forms to just about anything. And that’s where the real power comes in.
Take for example the need to create an integration between Recurly for subscription pricing, and a WordPress site – which I had to do. Could I have written a lot of code to connect the dots? Sure. But I didn’t need to. They have an extension for Recurly that made it a series of clicks.
Did I mention their support? When I found a bug in one of their extensions, they replied back in hours and released a new version the next day with a patch. I can’t say enough good things about the team and the product.
Ninja Forms features incredibly effective customer support!
Ninja Forms continues to get better. I did run into a problem with one of our forms and reached out to Ninja Forms Support. Within a few minutes, I had an initial acknowledgement of the logs and data I had uploaded, and soon after, a comprehensive fix that let us go back into production quickly. I deeply appreciate the fantastic support and all the great capabilities of Ninja Forms!

I have tried many others and Ninja Forms is by far the best as it is easy to implement and has all the features (and then some) that we need to create high quality / great looking email forms that also let us track our AdWords conversions!!! Also I received excellent support when asking for a feature request after I discovered our forms need to be sending via SMTP and they already have suggested solution … again easy and free! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
Superb
This software is superb. I have the paid versions and a number of related products. Very versatile. The support is mentioned a lot in feedback. I can confirm it’s amazing – and I had some demanding uses for the forms. Any bugs are fixed rapidly and updates are very frequent. You can tell these guys really care about their products and are striving to be the best they can be.
A great form plug-in
Ninja Forms is a top-notch form plug-in. Ninja Forms is easy to install, use, and overall just a great product. Their service and support was fast and friendly. Any issues I had were resolved right away. Their website has tons of great information on how to use the plug-in and I can honestly say this takes care of every form-related need we have.
Great plugin, lots of options
I really like the Ninja Forms plugin. Especially since the API is so open and pretty easy to understand. I needed to build forms throughout a course that my users could go back and change their answers. I was able to do that with the add-on “Save Progress”. I removed the “submit” button and every time a user is logged in and views the form, the form is populated with their answers. It was pretty easy to setup, and I’m really happy with the results.

Excellent and Generous
Of all the plugins I’ve ever used, Ninja Forms is by far the most professional one. Very easy to use, so many features that are included, the user interface is very easy to understand, and the form has been excellent. I am using it for many purposes and it makes my life very very very easy. Multiple forms each having lot of settings such as custom reply to and cc options and lot more. The team is mindblowing. very supportive, understanding, and generous. I’ve never witnessed such professionalism ever before! I totally recommend this plugin, not only you feel the worth of every penny you spend on it, but you also feel like you are part of their family.
Great plugin, better service
This is a great plugin, I’ve worked with it for many years. I’ve always been able to accomplish what I’ve set out to when using this plugin. Recently I needed to engage support to resolve some trouble I was encountering. I would say they went above and beyond to help solve what I was experiencing. I can highly recommend this plugin to anyone in need of a form solution.
Great plugin and fantastic company to work with
This is an excellent plugin for contact forms. I used Contact Form 7 before, but this plugin in so much better. It give you a lot more functionality and flexibility. Super easy to use and style to your website.
The team at Ninja Forms is fantastic as well. I had a problem with receiving admin emails and they diagnosed and solved it right away. The response time is less than 5 minutes most of the time and just a few hours otherwise. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with.
So far I love it!
Great features, look and feel right out of the box. We’ll see about more extensions when the time comes. These guys seem to have a good sense of value.

I use ninja forms on almost every website I build, it is an excellent form builder. Their technical support is always excellent!
